Ligustrazine is a bioactive component extracted from Ligusticum chuanxiong, a widely used traditional Chinese medicine. 3、 Production mode of Ligustrazine
Dimethylpyrazine was prepared by condensation of butanone with ethyl nitrite to produce dimethylglyoxime, which was then reduced and cyclized.
