Paclitaxel is a natural product extracted from Taxus,which acts on tubulin to inhibit the mitosis of tumor cells.So far,paclitaxel is the most excellent natural anti-cancer drug that has been found.It is a broad-spectrum chemotherapy drug,and has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of breast cancer,ovarian cancer,non-small cell lung cancer,gastroesophageal cancer and other tumors.

In order to overcome this defect,albumin-bound paclitaxel came into being.Albumin-bound paclitaxel combines hydrophobic paclitaxel with albumin to form nanoparticles with a particle size of about 130 nm by using unique nanotechnology.It makes use of the unique natural transport mechanism of albumin to make paclitaxel more distributed in tumor tissues and reach a higher concentration in tumor cells;It avoids the use of anhydrous ethanol,polyoxyethylene castor oil and other dissolvants,greatly reduces the occurrence of allergic reactions,and does not require anti allergic pretreatment before use,and does not need to use a special infusion device.The infusion can be completed in half an hour.It really achieves high curative effect and low toxicity.
