What is Quality Assurance?
Quality assurance refers to all planned and systematic activities implemented in the quality management system and verified as required to ensure that the products or services can meet the quality requirements.
Quality assurance system is to systematize, standardize and institutionalize quality assurance activities through certain systems, rules, methods, procedures and institutions.
In combination with the company’s production situation, we have established a quality management system including process performance and product quality monitoring, corrective and preventive measures, change management and management review. This quality assurance system is based on the six major systems of FDA, meets the requirements of China, the United States and Europe, and is subject to audit at any time.
What is Quality Control?
Quality control refers to the technical measures and management measures taken to make products or services meet the quality requirements. The objective of quality control is to ensure that the quality of products or services can meet the requirements (including explicit, customarily implied or mandatory provisions).
In short, the main work of our QC department is to control the quality of our factories and products, and test whether the products we produce meet the standards in terms of microorganisms, content and other items and can meet the needs of customers.
