Indications

It is applicable to the treatment of metastatic breast cancer that fails in combined chemotherapy or breast cancer that relapses within 6 months after adjuvant chemotherapy.Unless there are clinical contraindications,previous chemotherapy should include an anthracycline anticancer drug;Combined carboplatin is used for first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that is not suitable for surgery or radiotherapy in adults;Combination of gemcitabine for first-line treatment of adult metastatic pancreatic cancer;Pancreatic cancer.In addition,it is also applicable to metastatic melanoma and platinum sensitive or platinum resistant recurrent ovarian cancer.
