Since its establishment,Hande has strictly required the production environment,production equipment,product quality,and constantly strengthened the training and learning of employees in all aspects.In our quality control department,we are equipped with a perfect QC laboratory to meet product testing and customer needs to the maximum extent.
Our QC laboratory is located on the first floor of one of our two plants,covering an area of about 600 square meters.The clean area of the Microbial Laboratory covers an area of about 55 square meters.At present,our QC laboratory is equipped with two independent air conditioning systems,which can effectively avoid cross contamination.
The HPLC laboratory is equipped with three Agilent 1260;Generation II high performance liquid chromatograph and Agilent’s CDS network version chromatographic system are used.The system is equipped with an audit tracking function,and electronic signature can be performed after electronic data review.The company invited Agilent’s engineers to conduct software 3Q confirmation and data backup and restore confirmation for the system,which can effectively ensure the original and integrity of the data.
The GC laboratory is equipped with three Agilent 7890B gas chromatographs.The gas chromatograph and the liquid chromatograph share the same network system,which can meet the same performance requirements of the liquid chromatograph.
The ICP/OES room is equipped with Agilent’s ICP/oes detector to detect the residues of heavy metals in the company’s products.
The infrared laboratory is equipped with a Shimadzu infrared spectrometer for infrared identification of products.
In addition,QC also has an optical rotation laboratory,microbiological laboratory,stability laboratory and other related facilities,which can effectively complete the testing of the company’s products.
