Chemical composition of tea extract:

1. Polyphenols: including flavanols (catechins), 4-hydroxyflavanols, flavonoids, anthocyanins and phenolic acids. Epichloc, a small amount of epigallocatechin (EGC), epigallocatechin (EGC), epigallocatechin (EGC), and a small amount of tea catechins (EGC) account for about 80%.

Effect of tea extract:

1. Antioxidant effect
Tea polyphenols can directly scavenge reactive oxygen free radicals. The structure of tea polyphenols is rich in phenolic hydroxyl groups, which can provide active hydrogen to inactivate free radicals. The free radicals formed by oxidation have high stability due to the structure of catechol. Therefore, tea polyphenols are free radical inhibitors for hydrogen supply. Tea polyphenols can inhibit lipid peroxidation, chelate metal ions and activate intracellular antioxidant defense system.
2. Sterilization and antibacterial, improve the structure of intestinal microorganisms
Tea catechins have bactericidal and inhibitory effects on many harmful bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae, Escherichia coli and so on.
